The kids and I have started a race between three bean plants and have been reading books about plants and indoor gardening. I've posted our favorite picture books about indoor gardening here: www.delightfulchildrensbooks.com. <br /><br />To begin planning our outdoor garden, the kids cut up seed catalogs and make collages of things they'd like to grow.
